Important Liability Statement

The information available on or through our site, and the Services supplied via or in connection with this site or at any AMCK FIT domains do not constitute medical advice and it is your responsibility to determine, through obtaining appropriate medical advice, that you are fit and well and that such contents and services are suitable for you. It is not our responsibility to do so. Before engaging with any form of physical exercise, you should consult your doctor.

It is also vital that you supply us with correct information about yourself. We cannot be liable for any incorrect information supplied by you to us. We try to make sure that all information contained on our domains (and provided by us to you as part of any Services or Products) is correct, but, subject to the paragraph below, we do not accept any liability for any error or omission and exclude all liability for any action you (your legal representatives, heirs) may take or loss or injury you may suffer (direct or indirect including loss of pay, profit, opportunity or time, pain and suffering, any indirect, consequential or special loss, however arising) as a result of relying on any information on our sites or provided through any Service supplied by us to you.

Booking T&C
 

A cancellation fee will be charged any time up to 24 hours before the booking and will consist of 50% of daily rate. After that the full amount is payable. 
VAT and agreed expenses will be added where appropriate.

Travel and accommodation to be provided and agreed with AMCK (see Territory and Travel T&C for further specifications) 
The client agrees to obtain adequate insurance accordingly. 

The client agrees to book the AMCK FIT representatives and talent (and their services) presented to them solely by and via AMCK FIT previous to the booking completion. 

Invoicing

On all invoices, payment is required within 30 days of the date of invoice. In all cases, the person booking the AMCK FIT services will be invoiced and solely responsible for payment, unless otherwise agreed at the time of the booking. 

If we cancel your booking
 

In the event that we cancel a session that you have booked, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you by email or telephone to let you know. We will offer you the option of rebooking another equivalent session at an alternative date and time (subject to availability).

General T&C
 

AMCK FIT may change these terms and conditions from time to time. These terms and conditions form the entire understanding of the parties and supersede all previous agreements, understandings, and representations relating to the subject matter.
 

Additional expenses

All expenses incurred by AMCK FIT, agreed with the client prior to the booking's completion, on the client's behalf will be added where appropriate. 

Territory and Travel T&C

Client agrees to cover travel expenses if the services are requested to take place outside of the following areas of Los Angeles (California, US): The Valley, The Hills, Hollywood, The Westside, The Eastside, Downtown LA, South LA. The same T&C apply in the U.K. if services are requested to take place outside a five miles radius of Hyde Park Corner (ie, Chiswick in the West and Golders Green and Highgate Village in the North, Mile End in the East, Streatham Hill and Tooting Bec in the South). 

Jurisdiction
 

These terms and conditions for booking and all other matters connected with the bookings are governed by English law and any dispute will be settled in accordance with that law by a court in England.

Complaints
 

Any cause for complaint should be reported when it arises. Complaints cannot be considered in retrospect.

DATA PROTECTION ACT

Your privacy is important to us. We handle any personal data we collect in line with current Data Protection Legislation.

Upon signing up to AMCK FIT and any AMCK FIT Event, we will require some personal details from you in order to communicate with you prior, and at times after a class or event. The information collected for each class or event may vary.

The only time your data is shared with people is within the staff members of the company who may need to contact you. AMCK FIT staff have signed and agreed to our companies Privacy and Confidentiality Policy upon employment. AMCK FIT never shares your private information with any members of the public who may request it. 

Upon completion of an event your details are kept on our system. You have the right at anytime can request your to be removed.
